About Personafyed

Personafyed is a creative studio for Shopify brands doing $500k–$3M a year. I make AI and UGC-style Meta ads built on distinct concepts for Meta's Andromeda system, and rewrite your Klaviyo flows so each email continues the ad the shopper clicked.

Who runs Personafyed?

I'm Fahad Chandio, the founder, based in Dubai. I started Personafyed because on most Shopify stores the ad says one thing and the welcome email says another. I write the angles, review every ad and sign off every email. You'll have my number.

Where I'm coming from

I've worked in client delivery for more than eight years. The last two were at The Vantage in Dubai, where I was Media Solutions Manager. I coordinated sales, creative, finance and ad ops on accounts like The Economist, Reuters and HSBC, and I owned delivery from scope through billing across digital, programmatic, print and out-of-home. At The Vantage I handled delivery and reporting, not the creative, and none of those accounts are Personafyed clients. Before that I had a book of 60+ clients at The Social Nerds, a Toronto team I worked with remotely, and I built a content delivery team from scratch at Crystallite in Karachi.

What the big accounts taught me

Keep the message the same everywhere.

Big campaigns run across a lot of channels at once, and everyone has to work from one plan or something goes out wrong. Your shopper gets a smaller version of that. They see your Meta ad, click, and get a welcome email a day later. If the email forgets what the ad said, they notice.

Report against the money.

I ran Oracle NetSuite for the team and built the Power BI reports executives used, so I'm a bit obsessive about numbers that reconcile. Before I tell you anything is working, I check Meta against your Shopify orders and your Klaviyo revenue.

Have a routine and stick to it.

At Crystallite I built a content delivery team from scratch: five people, 15 brands, deadlines every week. I run Personafyed the same way. The pilot is 14 days, the teardown video lands within 48 hours, and you get a results check every month.

Those accounts weren't Shopify stores, so I won't pretend the work was the same. The habits carry over. Personafyed results don't exist yet, and I won't claim any.

These come from agency jobs I had before Personafyed. They aren't Personafyed results and I'm not promising them to you.

I like building things

I've shipped a few small production systems on my own, in React, TypeScript, Python and Cloudflare Workers. My degree is in film, which is where I picked up an eye for how a story is put together.

What I haven't done yet

Personafyed is new and I'm taking on my first brands. Every example on this site is labelled spec work for that reason. I won't show you results I haven't earned.
